The David Glasser Foundation
Connecting officers and community
“The David Glasser Foundation exists to provide opportunities for Law Enforcement Officers and the people they serve to connect and learn through community events and resources.”
The foundation's stated mission · 501(c)(3) public charity
Back-to-School Backpack Drives
Getting kids ready for the school year with the supplies they need.
Sports leagues
Camps and leagues where kids, coaches and officers share the court. That's where this program comes in.
Program descriptions are drafted from the foundation's public materials. Confirm the wording with the foundation.
Why sports
Same court. Same team.
On a basketball court, everyone is learning the same drills, cheering the same buckets and shaking the same hands after the game. That's the kind of everyday connection the foundation was built to create, between kids, families and the officers who serve them.
